Pls I want to get something straight...for the bank statement stuff....is it that the money will be in the account for 6 months and then I will print it 28 days to applying..or I am to print bank statement of 28days ....

If I will be applying for visa on March 1,I will only print my bank statement from Feb 1 to Feb 28 right?

Meaning, its not compulsory the money is kept there for 6 months...

Thanks
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Zoey1: 9:46am On Feb 10, 2019
The money should be kept for 28days, print 28days statement.
Your 28days count must be recent.
The first day of count is the next day after you have complete funds in the account.
For application on Mar 1, you can sure do as described, just be sure required funds never went below by a pound on any of those days if not you start to count all over.
No one ever mentioned 6months here for Tier4 Visa.
Straight forward as it is written

Hello house please we need an urgent advice,
My friend had a rape case in UK he was involved with not that he actually committed it but the white girl allegedly mentioned his name along with other fellas that was involved.

He was arrested and released before 24 hours on investigation. Since 11/July /2018 till now nothing.

The guy came back to Nigeria last year December and now he’s trying to apply for a tier 4 UKvisa to come back to Uk for his degree program.

So now would it affect the visa as they said in a visa space have you been ARRESTED OR CHARGED currently OR awaiting trial?.

Please justwise what should he do? What’d he fill in the conviction space??

All your has to do is to answer questions truthfully and leave the rest to ECO, I can’t tell if it will affect him or not but you need to understand that rape case is a serious issue in the U.K.

He answered No, that he never had any arrest
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Zoey1: 10:20am On Feb 13, 2019
You mentioned in your statement above that He was arrested and released before 24hrs, maybe you quoted him wrong for him to have answered No.
In a sane clime , there are 2 degrees,
You get apprehended and taken to the Police office and then you get released and no case file because there was a mix up or something, then that will be no arrest nor charge because there was no case at all, I want to believe that's His case.
The other part, you get apprehended and you really got a case file because you actually did it, that's Arrest.
There are documents to prove it.
And I think nobody wants a ban, so if He answered No then you should not worry, He was there when it all happened, you were not.

Hi all, please i need an advice. My hubby has applied for a Tier 4 dependent visa and his interview is for monday. All my documents carries my changed name (husband's name) except my BRP. I just got to find out that once there has been a change of name , the home office must be notified about it within 3 months. Its not three months yet in my case, do you think this would affect his application?...has anyone been in this situation before, if yes please i need an advice. Thanks in advance.

Happy Valentine to this wonderful family..

Please I have an issue that's bothering me and I'll need an advice whether to go ahead or not.
My husband is in UK on a tier 4 visa, we have three kids. He wants me to come over asap to support him since I'll be working full time as his is limited.

The issue now is we don't have the finances to apply for me and my three kids together..
Can I apply alone and come back to pick my kids after we've been able to save up hopefully in three months?
Are there implications to this of not taking my kids @ the moment?
What possible best reasons do I have to give for not taking my kids along? (my mum lives us so they're used to her and mother in law is also ready to join her)
Any case like mine ever? Just wondering

P.S my kids are 4years and 2years old twins
@Justwise @Zoey and everyone who can help
Thank you
