For me i used an affidavit of residence from a high court and it was accepted contact and ask if u can use that

I think in his situation, no ranking has been done yet. If I'm correct.... The program deadline (IMSOGLO) is still weeks away, March 1st to be precise...

If he doesn't send it, I fear he might not even be considered when they panel starts drawing up the rankings...

I will advise you travel down to Abuja to do the legalizing yourself o. Except you have a family member who bears the same surname as you that can help do it in Abuja.

The only correct answer to this will be obtained by shooting an email to the program coordinator or the secretary. The secretary would be better as he/she handles all correspondence. If your legalized documents reaches Belgium in time, I think you can still be considered...
