He is right..he is not referring to those that have gotten their PVC at one point in time but could not vote as a result of various circumstance.His quarrel is with those people who are not even interested in registering to get their PVC nor are they interested in voting for or against various political leaders.they only make noise for the sake of it and nothing else..they add no value to thier civil duties unless to just talk talk talk and complain.I see them as nuisance.

Who are you to talk, go to collection centres in Lagos and be told your card is not ready, yet to be sent from Abuja. The one I know of, Ikorodu Central. Ordinary Nigerians don't a stake in Nigeria other than deceit. Do they want Lagosians to vote? I registered in 2016 also. Children are collecting in up region while adults cannot collect in the south. After vote cards will be ready for collection. Wicked leaders.
