It will stop very soon. You can try mixing your water with something like orange juice, spirt or even half cube of sugar. Just keep trying until you discover the one that works better for you.

I'm fine thank you. However emotionally not so stable. So many things. Baby undergoing phototherapy. Nothing too serious tho,but hospital doesn't take chances. just d emotions leading to HBP. I need so much rest but just cant seem to be able to sleep. It's hard. Incision has healed good.

I was in your position 7 months ago,my baby was in transverse up to 37 weeks, I did try to do exercise to turn her but wasn't easy cos I was always tired. All I did was prayed and everything worked out fine and d baby later turned on her own.its because your baby is small and there still space in ur womb for it to kip changing position. My advice, some exercises can help but what helps most is to pray pls don't worry.

I've been having pains on and off since Thursday, like menstrual pains. Right now I'm off to hospital to do scan cos I can't go to work in this state. It's not contractions per say just like quite painful menstrual cramps.

This has been my situation too for the past three days. Turns out it wasn’t the iron tablets like I thought. Sabi mamas please shook mouth for the matter. Is this normal? Should we be worried. It’s not unbearable though and it goes on and off.

mamas I'm also having slight cramps though I'm 16weeks don't know if it's normal at this stage ...it comes especially when I stay in a position for a long time...its mostly on the sides..sometimes it's feels like pressure in my lower abdomen..pls help a ftm ..all i can see on Google is round ligament pain..but mine is quite consistent

Sorry dear, it will stop and baby is very fine just rest and pamper yourself. Raise leg up with pillow, sleep well in well ventilated room, eat., bath and sleep again.

I experienced such the other time when dh came back after serious do the deed. But when I rested well, it stopped. Did you give dh special Valentine treat in the oza room?

Please see your doctor to rule out anything. Cramps can be normal and can also be a sign of somthing else. No harm in getting checked out. All the best

On the contrary the cramps did not allow any thought of Valentine deeds o. At the clinic now sha. Make we just run scan.
Was able to rest during the weekend, but week don start again and woman must go hustle. So let's just determine that everything is okay and if yes I face office straight.

Hi, mamas and mamas to be, I was cleaning my nipple with coconut oil on Monday evening, after like 10mins of cleaning both nipples I stopped when i started having contractions, till I slept off, it continued. when I woke up on Tuesday morning, but still having mild contractions today Wednesday, am 34weeks pregnant, edd march 12, is the contractions normal?

Nipple stimulation induces labour. Whenever I stimulated my nipple, I would get Mild contractions and it stopped immediately I stopped the stimulation. Don't worry because contraction is the hallmark of last trimester so sometimes its normal to have mild contractions.I had it throughout my last trimester and it didn't progress into labour at all cos my cervix was still closed until I was induced
