Yes, but the Saudi ministry of religious affairs determines who is qualified for hajj or not and can deny any intending pilgrim. The Saudis, as a matter of religious policy, do not issue 'hajj' visa to Ahmadiyyas, and many shia muslims (except the state sanctioned Iranian shia). So, to a very large extent, the Saudi have a very strong leverage as far as Islam is concerned.

Pointing out the deficiencies in any religion or organizations does not mean attack. If that is your interpretation for that that is ok then.

my brother.. Islam is not about argument .. it's about assisting ourselves to righteousness.. and if you're looking for fault in people, know that people are not perfect and you don't define Islam by some people...
