They don't accept waec directly into university for bsc... U need either 100l transcript or HND transcript

Rexceedo:
Seems many Germany applicant here are MSC.

Want to apply for a Bachelor Degree...

Been into business after my WASSCE... Since 2012 precise.

I am making much findings...

I have the block account money.

Do they accept WAEC directly into Universities?

Hey I’m new here, graduated from covenant university and currently serving with batch C. I want to apply for summer semester 2020 can I start now? And who knows good Engineering schools I can apply to. Looking to master in communications engineering or IT management. Any advise on how to apply without using agents would be very helpful or any advice in general thanks

Please visit Daad.de, u will discover a range of interesting programs related to your field.
U can't apply now but u can start your preparation with gathering your documents, transcripts etc and getting it certified, writing IELTS or TOEFL exam to increase your chances and then most important sourcing for your BA money or SL earlier.

Good luck, your application season would be from September.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Fabcol(m): 4:39pm On Feb 18, 2019
If you are using the email method then yes you need admission letter but if you are booking thru there website then you don't need admission letter to book an appointment for visa interview

emirate0:
Hello guys . Please I wnt to find out if I need to have my admission letter before I can book an appointment for my visa interview?
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Rexceedo: 4:47pm On Feb 18, 2019
Chriswazo:

Since you are very sure of your BA, let me guide u.
Go to daad.de and check out the BSc courses, u should use filter to achieve this. U can also change the language at the top right corner or use automatic chrome translate.
Afterwards, write out the respective school requirements and application period.
Get the required documents certified at any Federal High Court and post.
Wait for your admission letter.

Please if you don't want to stress yourself with always emailing school about their acceptable language requirements, quickly register for IELTS now
Most Winter applications will start by 1st April, so u have 2 months to gather your documents and certify as well write your international English exams.

Is this possible even without 100level or HND...

I will find it difficult(unless its the only alternative to be admitted into German University) to attend Nigeria University.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Rexceedo: 4:49pm On Feb 18, 2019
Deustchemann:

There are a number of bachelor applicants here too.
Your waec alone is not sufficient to apply for a Bachelor degree. You'll need either HND or transcript of completed 100Level in a university in addition to your waec.

Okay...
I saw it online at daad.de

You are a good man sir, was reading up the past threads and I notice you have been here answering questions since part 2 thereabout. God bless you and always send you helpers when you need them sir.
Is amazing how you have been relentless in advising here for about 4 years or so, even with the busy schedules of DE.

thank you bro

Thank you Chris, most appreciated.

I got all the help I needed back in 2015 here and promised to do what I can to provide pointers to others. That is what I am trying to do smiley.

There was a time while I was still studying that I didn't even visit here for months if not years, so new applicants should understand that when some people in DE disappear completely, it wasn't because they forgot, just that sometimes water dey pass garri, but we thank God for grace.

Wish everyone the very best.

Funny bit cheesy cheesy
P.S: Someone went to buy traveling boxes today and couldn't believe the crowd of people buying boxes, come dey ask me if everyone is leaving Nigeria and who will be left grin grin grin grin

If I hear say people no cut from Naija grin grin grin grin

"If your secondary-school certificate is deemed insufficient for study in Germany, you will have to attend a foundation course (“Studienkolleg”) before you are allowed to enrol."

Is this Studienkolleg a better option out there?

Don't be confused, the grading system they're requesting for is on your undergraduate transcript. Its the place where your university stated their grading system. Uploading your complete transcript gonna resolve it.

Hope this help.

Better to ask your questions here so others can learn from it if applicable or send me a mail using the Nairaland email system.

I would typically post responses to questions here if I think someone can get some ideas from it

Yes I did, but it might not matter, I think you are at the top of the waiting list that is why you've not heard from them. Keep praying and write to them

Thank you dear. But I got a rejection letter today. Yes I will contact them to know the reason and restrategize for winter. Wish you all the best.
sunshine4q:

Thanks...I really hope and pray you get the admission. The higher our population there in the university, the merrier it becomes for us. It really doesn't matter whether it is 2.2 you have. You can write the student counselling center for clarification.

Annestacia:
.

I paid the 10,000 for applying as well as sending to uni-assist. You make the payment to the bank and they'll give you a print out that you'll attach to the email you'll send for your transcript application to this email address (academicoffice@noun.edu.ng)
I only applied for them to send to uni-assist as I was applying through uni-assist. If you're applying to 5 schools I guess that will be 50,000 ( 10,000 for each school) and also in your application don't forget to enter all 5 schools addresses.

I think only the headquarters send out transcripts although I am not sure about that.

PLEASE, I GOT MY 100l TRANSCRIPTS FROM MY DEPARTMENT WITH MY HOD'S SIGNATURE. Will uni-assist accept it please?

I applied for Bachelor to 4 different universities all are under uni-assist and three require VPD.

1) Please can my 100l transcript from my department with the departmental stamp and HOD signature be accepted by uni-assist?

2) Can I certify my WAEC since I can't send the original to them?

3) One of the schools, Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt requires hochschulstart.de but I don't know what it's all about.

Please can someone put me through?

You can ask privately but it's more recommended to ask your question here... Others will benefit from the answers and also you can get more than 2 answers.. So rain your questions here bro grin

Hello All, I'm a new comer.

Thanks for all the comment.

I would want to start saving for the block fund. Is it OK to open the block account now and save monthly inside the account?

1. Check the certifying rules of the school some will strictly tell you to do that at the German consulate others will allow you to do both in high courts or the consulate.

2. If you are talking about uni assist they do accept printed copy of waec cert but you have to send along your scratch card along.. (NB i guess they will be starting this 2019 winter)

3. If I may ask what's the course you are applying I guess it's either Mbbs , dentistry or pharmacy any of the case the hochlschustart.de is mainly for EU/EEA applicants or anyone that has his arbitor (the German high school cert)
READ their terms very well any course the requires hochlschustart.de for a non EU/EEA student then you need to apply directly

Bless Up man

the charges of sending money to the blocked account is there, i would advice you open a domicillary account and save there when you're ready just move the money to the blocked account
