I am writing this as a personal experience with Chrisvicmall. They have shitty customer service, when you pay them. Expect not to hear from them. You will have to go through that torture of not knowing what is happening because they will decide when and how to reply. Do not even bother calling their Lagos Office, they will tell you they can't help you, that you should call their China office. Bunch of unorganized fools. Now hear this, after you pay for shipping, they will deliver your goods to you and tell you, you are owing them.. Even after you have paid completely. Please run away from them, you will give yourself high blood pressure due to the uncertainty of not knowing and they will rip you off. I have warned you!! Stay away from them. 4 Likes |

Please I repeat, do not use Chrisvicmall to do anything, do not pay your suppliers with them or do shipping. These people are just very disorganized. Let me break it down for you. Once you pay, prepare to go through the torture of not hearing from them, they will not answer your calls, messages, so practically you will be in the dark. Do not even bother calling their lagos office, those ones can't help you. They will tell you to call their China office. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Zero customer service, Imagine calling MTN about something wrong on your Mtn line and they tell you they can't help you... how ridiculous does it sound!! If they can't answer your questions, who do they expect you to meet. You will develop high blood pressure from not knowing what is going on. Now this is the crazy part, they decide on their own to ship your parcel in bits without informing you that extra money will be collected at the point of receipt. After paying for the shipment of your goods. They will tell you are owing them some money. Do business with them at your own peril. I am speaking from experience. I am no troll and I will provide all my evidence once my phone is repaired ( whatsapp messages, bank payment). I am typing this from a PC . Run away from them, read all their post and see complaints of other people. Please read it. Do business with them at your own peril Search through nairaland here, you will even see people who ship for as low as N2,200 per kg. That Chrisvicmall charges 12dollars for. Run!! Run!! 1 Like |

Hi daisy1 you are right about some things but chrisvicmall isn't a scam , they need to improve on their customer service , also they should be more organised in terms of reconciliation, one issue I had with them is the fact that after paying for the goods shipped , after 2 Years I was still getting an annoying auto message every day that I am owing them, for me that was a No no , even after several messages to their customer care nothing was done, But the delivery of my goods was on time and in good condition. But they are trusted in terms of delivery. They just need more coordination and good customer service CHRISVICMALL is NOT A SCAM 4 Likes 2 Shares |

I agree with leksmedia Chrisvic are not a scam but they can be highly disorganized. They once gave me a tablet that I did not order for. I had to tell them in China that it was not mine but they were insisting it was. I kept on telling them to confirm until they eventually did then I insisted they pay me for my time and transportation to their office which they did. Also, despite the fact that ifeanyi has lots of complaints again him, he still bought me heineken one day when he came late to the office as compensation  They still need to put in more work sha 5 Likes 1 Share |

If your consignment eventually arrived, that doesn't make them thieves. It's just lack of communication or poor customer service. Moreover, our Naira is unstable. Sometimes the exchange rate fluctuates before the transactions are completed. That's why they charge extra. I've never used their services but based on your story, they're not thieves. |

daisy1: Stop misleading people here. I have used them since February this year and when compared with others that I have used, it's one of the best. The only thing with them is that their price is a bit more expensive. You are entitled to your opinion though |

I can now see that it is we Nigerians that have a lot of issues. You had one slight minor experience with Chris vic and you come here and open an account calling them a scam. I have used chrisvic a lot and yes, they have their issues, that doesn't qualify to call them a scam. I'm beginning to rethink the reviews I see on here.. many of the reviews are just plain biased BS., 1 Like |

Most ofcourse don't understand business most times. That you had a little bad experience with a company doesn't make them a scam, mistakes are bond to happen but however it can be corrected. I had any issue with one of the top logistics companies because of their reckless customer care personnel but I used maturity, prayers and experience from my mentors to resolve it asap. Pls don't always rush to cast bad reviews on someone's business, karma is a respecter of no one. 6 Likes |
