From my small experience, it says everything is normal except for a cyst on the right ovary, which i don't think should cause any worry, as most cysts degenerate. Also fluid in pouch of Douglas and the sonographer suggests you carry out hvs to rule out infection as fluid in pouch of douglas could sometimes mean infection and sometimes it could mean one just ovulated or presently in your fertile window.

I stand to be corrected and pls pls see your doctor for better diagnosis.

I've been trying to join this forum for long to no availability but thank God I was abortion joined today.
Hmm, where do I start from? OK: I got married August 15th,2015 and it took me down to 2018(3years) before I could concentrate for the first time in the marriage. I was asked to do HSG by my Gynaecologist & fortunately I got pregnant that same month(February,2018). Everything was going on so well during the pregnancy until when I went for my 2nd scan at week 12 & I was told that the foetus has stopped growing but the sac is growing. I felt so devastated, the doctor asked me to go to another hospital for scan to be double sure but the results was d same. I felt bad. I did evacuation & since then till now about 9months now, no pregnancy again. i don't no what's wrong so I just changed to a Federal Hospital department of gynecologist maybe they can help.
The cause of the miscarriage was unknown but what I noticed was that I was sick during pregnancy & was given some antimalarial drugs plus some drugs for chest pain(Asmacof syrup) when I had chest pain. Could these drugs be the cause of the miscarriage?
pls, help, because its not easy going to 4yrs now

Had similar issues, I did Laparoscopy and one tube unblocked. U can reach out to me

Am a little confused. I used the clearblue digital opk and got a smiley face in the afternoon..then later in the evening had intense cramps that lasted several hours..

My thinking is that opk is + only about 2 days before the actual ovulation, since its triggered by the spike in hcg..so why did i then experience what i have come to come ovulation cramps some hrs after.
Does it mean i have ovulated already..or will ovulate in the next 24 to 48hrs?.

The challenge is that dh is away at work and only has a 1 window of a few hrs of coming to bd, thus we need to get the timing right.
So mamas do you ovulate immediately you have the ovulation cramps??..or much later

I read that eating okro soup prior to ovulation period makes one to release multiple eggs thereby giving a great chance of conceiving twins. Mamas, has anybody heard or read about it? If yes, pls enlighten us more. Thank u.

My Dr. ask me to do a cd10 abdominal or pelvic scan. I did that today. Based on the findings, the sonographer said there was no follicle at all. Now, I am even more confused. Does it mean I have not be ovulating at all, all this while?

I uploaded the result and also last month BBT chart. Please someone talk to me. I'm confused.

So I did another tvs today being cd15. Some follicle were seen though there were small. The largest of them measures 6.5mm x 5.3mm

Do I still have hope for this month? If not, any solution for next month?

You may try trigger shots. Work with your doctor.

.From my experience, the cramps indicate the actual ovulation. On a particular cycle I took clomid, I felt severe ovulation cramps in the evening, the next day I went for tvc and I was told I had ovulated. So I guess the cramps I felt the day before was the actual ovulation.
Besides, ovulation test strips are not really accurate, I used them severally and never had any indication that I was ovulating, in fact I thought I wasn't ovulating until I tracked my ovulation with scan on different occasions.
For me the best way to know you're and when ovulating is through follicle tracking or studying and observing your body,taking note of the ovulation cramps, ewcm and using basal thermometer. baby dust

why did the doc prescribe antibiotics for u?..do u hv an underlying infection, if yes, best not to go for hsg when u hv infection as the procedure will push the infection further inside ur reproductive system, btw the doc should know that ..

for libido increase, low libido is usually a sympton of hormonal inbalance all things being equal, take dates/coconut/tiger nut combo, eats lots of cucmber and water melon, also add vitex and maca to your regimen

If the only cause of delay in conception you have is eggs and ovulation issue, I will suggest that you talk to your Dr to see if he will prescribe clomid for you.

in addition, i suggest you start taking royal jelly, ubiquinol and omega 3, these work to improve egg quality.
would recommend you add ovaboost to the 3 supplements i listed above and observe for 2 to 3months..b4 thinking of clomid

not really unfections per say, the doc prescribe the antibiotics , because of the fluid in pod, I will try the tiger nut out
