Doctors In The House: Kindly Help by BioTeck: 5:18pm On Feb 19, 2019
About 4 weeks ago, after fasting for 3 days... I break the fast at 6pm each day with fruits. When I resumed normal feeding, I noticed I no longer stooll regularly as it used to be and up till now, the situation persist even when I drink lemon juice with warm water every morning and incorporate more raw food into my diets.

Pls what can I do?

Hi, you need to give some more detail.
How many times in a day, how many days in a week on the average before the fast and after the fast, has the consistency changed, do you feel bloated after meals, do you pass gas frequently? Do you feel constipated or have any abdominal swelling?
Cheers

Thanks for the response.

Before the 3 days fasting, the number of times in a day to go to the toilet is not fixed, it depends on how heavy I eat and the type of food. For instance, I tend to defecate more if I eat Beans but on the average, the days I use the toilet once in a day are well over those days I go about 2times.
I do pass gas frequently but feeling bloated is a no... Yes, I feel some minor but intermittently persistent pain or should I call it hardness in the areas just beside my navel...about 2 inches to the left side... Which I suspect to be on the areas around the descending colon.

It seems as if the movement of the food along the intestine is slower than it used to be.

Yesterday, in the morning I did some press ups and drank cups of water, then after about an hour, the urge to use the toilet came. I also did the same this morning when I noticed no urge to use the loo despite having had a heavier-than-usual supper yesterday.

Metoclopramide and buscopam will solve your case. Go get it at the pharmacy store close to you.

Modified:
Metoclopramide or bexlax. Not buscopam.
Buscopam is loperamide hydrochloride against stooling etc while bexlax is bisacodyl against constipation.
I have correct myself o!!!!
Thanks @period007 for putting me on check mood.

Google and wikipedia are closer to you than you think.
But meanwhile those two drugs above are laxatives for constipations. The fellow above will be advice to take either of the two or both depending on the severity in the right dosages when he or she visits a pharmacy store.

Thanks.

Metoclopramide or buscomac. Not buscopam.
Buscopam is loperamide hydrochloride against stooling etc while buscomac is hyoscine butylbromide against constipation.
I have correct myself o!!!!
Thanks @period007 for putting me on check mood.
But I am still taking my stand that plasil is a laxative drug.
