On18th, Jan, 2019, i payed N2k for phcn prepaid units on quickteller online platform, i was not given a token and my acc was debited and up till now has not be refunded. very disappointed and even worse is their poor customer service, emails keep bouncing back and calling their customer care line is a waste of credit. This is bad for quickteller's image, its like they deliberately avoid customers complaints. Plz anyone know how i can contact them for a refund or get my token? |
