I disagree with the notion that he caused the Sevilla goal. Granted that the counter attack was from his blocked pass. But the loss of possession by Messi happened in front of the Sevilla penalty area, hence, there is absolutely no justification for the Barca defence to be so opened up like that just because Messi lost possession 100 YARDS away from his goal. It's obvious they were carried away with possession at the moment Messi was with the ball.

The summary is, people should stop playing favourites and setting agendas.
