If after 60days,your phone doesnt arrive,kindly do open dispute and to process your refund,
But untill then you have to wait patiently,

delivery fail means it is probably at your PO.

Your item is in the post office already, expect a call or sms from them.

Meaning: Post Office people tried delivering to you, but you were not available to receive it. Go to your post office, it should be there waiting to be picked up.

Try another bank card , maybe that card might have exhausted it spend limit

U need to appeal ur account by uploading ur Bank statement, ATM card image and ur I.D. To carry out the appeal, kindly login to ur Aliexpress account via ucweb (change the view to desktop) or system. Click on My Aliexpress, then select Appeal. There u will see the outstanding appeal.

Afer uploading the required documents for appeal, ensure that u chat the customer care up time to time, so as to fast track the appeal process.
