Yeah restarting the phone was d first thing I did when I noticed d problem

Pixel 4 is not coming out with a single camera that am very sure of. Have you seen the samples of the Nokia 9. The colour reproduction is out of this world. Even Xiaomi and Sony are now working with Light(who worked with Nokia) to produce multi-camera phones

Go to permissions and give camera necessary permissions.

If that doesn't solve it, reflash the rom or factory reset. Back up to an SD card before proceeding
