A supplementary election means the election was inconclusive, but here certificate of return has already been given out, is inec confused? undecided

Very deceitful headline. The Press Release did not state Supplementary Presidential Elections. Common sense should tell any literate person that supplementary election being referred to here is the National Assembly Elections.

Who do us like dis for this country. People now reason upside down.
