Thanks for posting this historical record (re-attached here.) Clearly the PDP/OBJ had been inflating and massively rigging voting figures in their favour since 1999; the Card Reader ecosystem, once successfully introduced from 2015, started cutting those rigged and phantom vote figures to size.

And the Almighty willing, such rationalization of figures will be even better perfected in subsequent elections, probably through Electronic Voting methods that should first be tried on a small scale in dry-run situations a few times before being deployed in a general election scenario?

We shall get there.
