That's what is most likely going to happen. Rodgers doesn't really like playing with destroyers.
Ndidi could be used as a box to box destroyer winning balls high up the pitch(which is what Puel was trying to do) but he's just not that good on the ball.
Needs to improve his passing. He strikes the ball well but that's not enough.

Very interesting points. Well, Rodgers said they responded well in the next training and as Mickael2 pointed out we would have a better idea after a few games.

Chairman, the level of the women game in Nigeria has dropped. It is not just a coaching issue. Look at the last U17 and U20 teams. So woeful. Where will the talents emerge from?

Well I can pardon u because u didn't follow the Falcons of the 90s to 2000s.

when we had a she devil in STELLA MBACHU,
our pregnant keeper pulling of saves, Omagbami controlling thing like a she general, with her unforgatable shoots, and dribbles,
not to mention female okocha, who score goal for fun,

I miss those days, when the big girls of football will labour to beat our super falcons

My favourite was Patience Avre. I still do not understand how a lady can have such intellect and brilliance on the ball. Patience Avre was a joy to watch.

Its time Rohr start playing him as a DMF.. He has tried for that RB role..it's time to give the proper RBs their chance

With Ekong,Balogun,Omeruo, Ajayi and Awazeim, I'm relaxed about our CB options at the AFCON.

Hopefully, Ebuehi returns and get some game time before the tournament starts

Such a myopic conclusion undecided,y re we so emotional abt about odas ppu opinion here weda it makes sense or not undecided undecided

Don't you think you also just got emotional whether it makes sense or not? Why didn't you just jump and pass as you have advised. Like I have repeated I wish the young man no bad future I wish above all things success for him. The writing was made to mirror exactly what he wrote about someone else's future. If you noticed well, I concluded by saying my prayer is that none of the bad things I wrote will happen to him. I apologize to Curtis and you as you got angry. At the end of the day, ultimately we are here for the love of our dear team. One luv.
Awesome weekend for our lads in the EFL, etebo and ajayi doing well. Happy for Shehu too and Iwobi had a great game obviously!!

Awoniyi is a Liverpool player and he signed a contract extension this year..Work permit is the reason he isn't playing in England otherwise Klopp would have given him a chance.. He might stay in the Belgian league next season unless he gets the permit..
As for Onauchu, in as much as I admit he is a good striker, his kind of forward aren't very sought after.. I mean he is so tall and slow.. He should move next season but don't expect offers from big clubs..

Osimhen and Ajayi are the only ones likely to secure good moves especially if they play at the AFCON

Liverpool have 3 first team strikers plus wingers who can play as strikers so I don't see him getting a chance there

If for instance if a commentator is derogatory and abusive towards a player, that gives anyone justification to do the same.

That's essentially the logic you have presented here.

That's very far from being intelligent.

Come off it pls.

Im not going into details about this. only in naija you will say someone is fat and it woyld be termed derogatory. If you are fat, you are fat. if you are thin, you are thin. if you are plump, same. if you are dwarfish, you are dwarfish.

Dont make me laugh at your inclusion of intelligence as regards this matter. Tell.me point blank that Lukaku doesnt weight above 70kg...... Its not even a discussion. Lol

You can take it anyway you want. Perhaps the commentators, that said so, xan be visited.

we both know in the epl, such commentator that uses a derogative or abusive remark will receive the hammer.

The ones you call the Oldies are the back bones of that team. Take them out and that team will crumble. Not as if their are many quality young players coming from the youth teams. Rashidat Ajibade and Anam imoh that were included in the last AWC team what were their impact?

Generally the standard of the women game in Nigeria has gone down.
I hope for a better feeders system. The bench isnt even having value like that. Dem Uchenna, Courtney Dike, Esther Sunday....

The days of perpetua nkwocha, mercy akhide, patience dede etc. At some time we were on the verge of making it to the semi finals of the WC. Back then I remembered we had some firebrand women admins, people like Bola jegede and aisha falode etc. Perhaps a lack of investment and most likely no plan or vision has caused the regression.

Patience Avre, a better version of Franscesca Ordega. With Stella Mbachu and Patience Avre on the flanks Mercy Akhide was just scoring for fun. Those girls were ruthless.

Yeah. i can bet you that even if football has evolved as sir Bascovanveli says, 8/11 of this currently team would be benched by the Falcons of that time. Those ladies had flair and speed and were fighters.

But one thing has always been the problem in both eras......defence is nowhere to be found when they attacked us. Defenders didn't have speed to catch up atall. That era had a great midfield game. And Perpetual was rarely a waster in front of goal compared to Oshoala and Oparanozie.

Nkwocha would run solo and still work out her goals with lil assistance.

I didn't like the Precious Dede times sha. That lady conceeded some very stupid goals that Oluehi would keep out.

Overall, the middle don't have a maestro currently, compared to then.
The current team don't have a Perpetual that can do stuff solo.
Stella Mbachu was a dancing rasta dribbler. Phew.

I hated watching them at the world cup back then sha... they easily tire out and were run over to now conceed goals i didn't like. The kind Lehmann conceeded.

Then was better than now, i will totally conclude after this current WWC.
