S’West forum wants Senate presidency zoned to S’South

A pan -Yoruba Group, South-West Consultative Forum, has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari and Prof.Yemi Osinbajo on their victory at the just-concluded 2019 presidential election.

It also urged the All Progressives Congress to zone the Senate presidency to the South- South geopolitical zone.

The forum also hailed the National Leader of the APC and Co-Chair of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Bola Tinubu, for his efforts at ensuring that the party emerged victorious in the presidential election.


SWCF in a statement signed by its Executive Secretary, Osinowo Ibrahim, said, “We are proud of Tinubu’s efforts at bringing the Yoruba to the centrepiece of Nigerian politics. The February 23, 2019 presidential election has proved to the entire nation that Tinubu is the political leader of the South-West.”

The forum advised the APC leadership and President Buhari to be magnanimous in victory by ensuring that other zones were accommodated in the new administration

Seriously when Buhari leaves in 2023, what happens with APC..
It's really going to be a political battle to watch.

This would not fly, even the SW knows it, the Buhari cabal would go against it.. it's just for record sake of 2023 from the SW.

The Senate presidency will go to the northeast and not south south. Ahmed Lawan is the next Senate president. Maybe deputy senate president or Senate leader will go to south south or southeast.

South South don't need any fuckin' Senate presidency. This divide and conquer tactics the so-called SWCF and her caliphate masters will not work this time. So after the coming together of the South West and the North to kick our own Jonathan out, what they're now planning is to give us the Senate presidency so as to keep the oil flowing unhindered and to spite our cousins from the S'East who supported us wholeheartedly through out our travail. The earlier this Country is restructured the better. Sometime I blame our political leaders who are blindfolded with personal greed and the lack of foresight. Look, you and your Fulani masters cannot deceive us no more. What we want is the 100% control of our Oil and resources and not any fuckin' bribe.

This is the best way to go but I doubt it if APC will do that. There is no Muslim they can trust with the post from the SS and SE. Omo Agege is qualified but not sure if he is a Muslim.
