The first question is: are your goods and brand actually in demand in the location and among the demographics you are targetting with your social media ads? The problem some get is that we believe whatever they told us without doing research, some will automatically go straight hearing someone made bible by isolating herself in one thing of that.. they thing is you might hear how people make money by advertising on fb and Instagram but I tell you if you don’t know how to do it well it will just be as the same as if you having everything inside your shop without know how to attract customers, it’s the same with online. Another thing is some think having a website will give the edge but I tell you, it’s just like moving your product from your front shop at Alaba international and go and build your own shop at one village at Sango and think you have made it because you have our own shop. Please to cut the story short it beta to be at a crowded marketplace then backyard shop which you own if you don’t know how to attract them. frankyskyboi: My experience and research shows that Facebook ads using Naira cards is a pure waste of valuable time and resources because you will only get poor leads that doesn't convert. I have since abandoned using Naira cards and only use Dollar denominated Facebook ads. Ads conversion is almost every minute with good sales leads. No rest sef from customers all over. |

Depends on how u sell, bear in mind that importers does not depend on retailing, you import, u supply to wholesalers inside market collect your money go buy again. If your a mini importer is not always easy bc big importers will beat u in price. Online marketing is also OK, but your main target is to supply to those guys inside market. Stop here now. |

As I said before, the products u are selling is already saturated, e.g pasjel was hot in demand by early 2017 but not anymore, I could remember I made alot of money with that products u mentioned in 2017 n early 2018. Secondly don't use Facebook ads alone scale ur business with Instagram influencers. I made 2M within 6 months last year. |
