efficient: 28nm sd652 comsume more power than 14nm sd636 but rendering same performance ..so 636 is more power efficient than 652..

for now no(In the future,very likely because they've started testing band 3 in some locations), get a mifi with glo 4g support, or move to airtel no band 28 wahala and blazing network
