Bobby4090:Mr Educator, money laundering is trying to make clean dirty money. Atiku group is a multi million dollars investment brand. Trust me, even if that money is dirty, there is no way in hell EFCC can prove it and they know it. A businessman of that caliber can afford it, same goes to Tinubu. However, Atiku may or may not have commit a crime, this is left for the judge to decide but Tinubu actually committed a crime which is movement of such amount of money without passing proper channel. In a better functional society, Tinubu will be arrested and Atiku investigated. So the conclusion is that EFCC was actually harrasing Atiku and this is evident in the fact that they release this figures because they know it will intimidate poor nigerians. Believe or not EFCC is not independent it is actually controlled by the presidency, how do u think they got the tip in the first place ![]() |

How does this translate to money laundering when you have not determined the source of the money to be illegal. These are pure business transactions between registered businesses. |

Kuginzi:My major problem with the APC government is hypocrisy. I know for a fact the APC government sold and is still selling government assets for peanuts. If they where not selling I would not argue with this. You find any top real estate agent and ask him. |

Kuginzi:Poverty mentality is over worrying you. You are the person that should go and ask google. Do you even know the function of NNPC sef? NNPC has failed in its responsibility and the government of the day has used it to rob the economy brazenly, just as it was identified with its predecessor. It's reported that Buhari's daughter even sits on the board. I can bet anything that even if you live a million years, even your generations unborn won't get near nnpc building not to mention working there or sit on the board. Refine petrol, it cant. It's not even drilling crude. Others dig it and sell it and give NNPC its share. The small Nigerians can get is through refining so portions locally so we can buy cheap but all we have hearing is turn around maintenance. They still import fuel and trillions in subsidy in the present government. People be using NNPC to rape Nigerians day in, day out. They even wasting more billions to find crude in the north and you are shouting trash.... |

BotherMleeper:Bros, u almost made sense but here is the different. All this examples u mentioned, there bank details were actually made after extensive investigations not after suspicions of crime. U cant tell me this is not true because Americans believe and stick to the law which says you are not guilty until otherwise proven by the court. No anti graft agency will release your bank details to the public without proper and conclusive investigation. If thats how it works all of the details of billionaires and millionaires will be released day by day |

I don't have any problem with this. However, Tinubu had bullion vans going into his property, he made claims heard on tape of paying out large sums of money to his party members for elections yet only the opposition gets arrested?! Y'all better start petitioning because this is just a stinking disgrace and selective treatment by efcc. |

Esseite:The crime here is trying to hide the purpose of the money! The money went through many accounts from Intels before getting to the BDC. In fact the owner of the BDC received the money in an account that is not owned by the BDC. Under no way laundry law, it is a crime to hide the owner or beneficiary of the money. |
