Thank you o. Not a cash transaction but a regular bank transaction. Afterall, the guy doesnt represent any government agency and also has never been a public official. No body has complained about any missing money nor has the guy being reported to fraud anybody. Maybe the were expecting to see transaction between Atiku and the guy but cant find any, moreover, Atiku has not been in government for a long time. They want us to believe that he is a pauper and as such cant afford the good things of life while Buhari's son can afford a 55million naira worth of bike. A supposed case under investigation in which the accused has been granted bail and EFCC is here to publish transaction report to the media of what happened goes to show that they are after witch hunting an individual for no reason.

If they have a case with him, let them take the case to court and allow the court to decide. Agencies of government should be Independent if they are sincere.

Please what specifically is his crime here. No money was transferred to his personal account. All was transferred from one company to the other. He did not try to hide the money nor did he open the account recently.

As said above, any transaction above 10million is automatically logged in to CBN.
Did they try to go through the invoice of his company to see if it was for a job, did they wait till tax time to see if he would not pay the tax on it.

In Warri alone, there are at least 10 companies that carry out these kind of transactions on monthly basis. So where is the proof the money came from illegal source? none was stated. All that was said is that money was transferred from one company to another, and changed at bureau the change.

So tell me, what crime did he specifically commit?
