Look at Arsenal for example, after 2004 they started letting vital members of their title winning team leave and replacing them with cheaper alternatives and academy graduates. They said they were rebuilding for the future and because of a new stadium. These were the players who had helped them dominate English football for the past 8 years thereabout. Where's Arsenal now in the scheme of things in English football? Struggling to finish 4th every season. Howfar with the rebuilding project?
