It is built using a Premium WordPress Job Theme called "JB Theme" - Cost $59

Neuvoo WordPress Theme - $10 ( But has not been updated since 2015)

The poster said he needs a site exactly like the one he/she posted above. and from what i checked the theme cost $59. Anyone that will quote such site 20k either doesn't have a clear knowledge of the work or will use a null theme which is very dangerous for any site with prospect.

If you understood anything the op said, you will know that he owns the site in question and so therefore already has the theme. All he needs is someone to make it more responsive.

Why then would you need to buy the theme a second time?
