Please house I need urgent advice. My fishes will be 3 months on the 10th of this month. Recently I discovered that some of them have whitelike patches on their body while some others have fresh injuries. Someone suggested they are sick with infection.

Formulations varies with your pocket but note that whatever formulation you're making put it in mind that there must be enough animal and plant protein it. I don't always love to hide information but you can chat me privately. You send me your email here. STOP feeding, change the water if possible. Depending on the type of rearing facility, and capacity, get appropriate quantity of bitter leaf (the more the better), water extract the nutrients , add salt to the extract and add to the pond. DON'T FEED until mortality has stopped. This is an emergency approach. If you can't get bitter leaf, use salt solution treatment, before other treatments.

Pls change your water for the tank and drums every three days, for their age as amature fishes they could eat such without problem with less or no spices like maggi and papper added when cooked, it might depend on the way you fed them(dumping of the food in their water) which lead to water population.
2) i suspect yeast, which is added in floors used in baking of the indomies.yeast product are not good for your fish in form of bromite.
3) increase your biosecurity around your fish eg children droping things to the fishes.
....
get them human table counter antibiotic and their vitamins to regain their streinght and dont stree them. Give then flooting feed to proparely observe them.

Oxy-tetracycline (OTC) or chloramphenicol or pennicillne (3-4 tablet) in their water.
multi -vitamin get any of those livestovit, Aquapro or aquavit
feed them floating feed, i mean foreign feed which does not sink below, so as to watch how active the are in responsing to you . feed them bit by bit or hourly.
