mix the vitamin with little water sprinkle it on their feed and mix properly then sun dry it and feed them.. I think it's ok that way

Please house I need urgent advice. My fishes will be 3 months on the 10th of this month. Recently I discovered that some of them have whitelike patches on their body while some others have fresh injuries. Someone suggested they are sick with infection.
