1. Read the schools guidelines properly some accept documents online without notarization it depends on the school
2. If you were asked to provide VPD that means you're applying through Uniassist. Go through Uniassist website find the school and the course check out their requirements too and mail it to Uniassist after evaluation they will send you a VPD(evaluation report) that you will now send directly to the school.

3. Applying what online? Visa or admissions?
If visa you need the insurance when you get your approval mail

4. Don't know for this oo but kuku use embassy in certifying your documents if they said lawyer shouldn't do that

5. When you send it and when they receive it are two different things. You time starts when they receive your docs not when you've handed it over to a courier service

What I know tho cool

God bless you dear. Pls do you know the uniassit website? Or will I get it from my school's website? Tnx a lot

I think its possible to do so.
A friend was allowed to use his in a different school
Does it mean if 3 schools request for VDP I can use one to apply to them all instead of paying 3x to uni-assist for VDP?

No! No!! No!!!
Even if you are applying to 5 courses in one school and the whole courses are under uniassist, you would apply differently for each of them.

But a situation where one or two of the courses are the same or similar, some schools may or may not accept it (this was the case where someone said that it was accepted).

Please do not apply to one VPD for a particular course and be expecting to use it for the applications of other courses.

It may not be similar to them... (Remember the case of the member here who they denied admission in Economics whereas s/he read Finance.

It's preferable to be on the 'lord' side grin

I thought the VPD is just an evaluation that the person has the academic qualification/credentials to pursue graduate studies in Germany.

I gave my school the name of the company, the person's name to whom it should be sent to at the company and Company address but I also wrote Uniassist in the address.(+ the person's phone number, Cos I no want they hear story in the end). When I got my transcript there was an official letter along with the official transcript( on the letter was were they wrote the address and all NOT on the transcript) so it does not really matter. The goal is to get your official transcript by hand as long as the school includes, your grades, sign and stamp on each page of the official transcript, You are good to go. Once you get the transcript, you need to make a photocopy then certify that photocopy at a notary public/ German embassy.

I just wanted my transcript so bad that I did not care about if they write address on it or not and now the transcript is with me even though they were speaking too much english about not giving me grin

Good luck bro

It's an evaluation based on that particular course of study.

However, the evaluation result may differ for a different course. I think that's why it's pertinent evaluating individual courses differently.

Besides, uni-assist has to chop your money too, if not one VPD supposed to be enough for all applications especially when they are related shocked

as a determined soul you call yourself, the best thing is to get to work, search Daad, study-in, google, narrow your search to the course you want to do in german Universities. This is winter, there will be a lot of schools to apply to, when you see courses you like, go to the school/ course website and check for more information on how to apply and if you are not satisfied with the information online, contact the programme coordinator. It’s not that deep

Easy this is Germany thread and you don't rush things when talking about German University applications.. First things first
You barely have up to 8weeks from now to may 1 and even if you still have enough time I bet it will be consumed by certifying and gathering your documents Coz it seems you haven't done so
Depending on the course you are going for you go back to daad .de and check if you can get schools with direct application (ie you don't need to apply thru Uniassist) if any apply to them
the Uniassist may or may not work out Coz mailing them yours docs takes aT least 2days.
Try courses with later deadlines or with direct application
NB : not trying to discourage you tho Coz you can still make it to de this winter your chances are still many!
