Wale Turner has stated that Danny Young has no case against Tiwa Savage while reacting to the recent lawsuit saga the Mavin first lady has been enmeshed in. The entertainer who further clarified claims of writing the hit song roped into the lawsuit, said he only participated in the recording process. Wale Turner who spoke through his manager Dare Farotimi, told Sunday Scoop that Danny Young has no case against Tiwa Savage because there should have been a proper conversation instead of attacking Tiwa on social media. 

He said; 

“Whenever Tiwa is recording in the studio, I am usually with her. It was on one of those occasions that she recorded the song (One)and I was there to support her. “Danny Young doesn’t have a case. There should have been a proper conversation, instead of him attacking Tiwa on social media. I feel there are better ways the issue could have been addressed. Although he said he contacted Tiwa’s management and they ignored him, I don’t think he reached out to the right persons. I am not a bad person and I am not trying to support anyone. But I know Tiwa and her team very well; I know they pay attention to details. We didn’t even think about Danny Young when we were recording the song.”

I doubt it. YouTube's legal team looked into it and they ruled in favour of Tiwa Savage. YouTube investigates such claims thoroughly because they can be sued for continuing to air the song after receiving complaints from Danny young. For them to rule in favour of Tiwa and return the video back to YouTube, it means Danny Young doesn't have any case

You think Carlos Santana wasnt reached out to when DJ Khaled used his guitar tune for Wild Thoughts? Or is it because P-square has been doing it and getting away with it on the Nigerian scene?

There is no case in this case. The phrase Danny young is claiming tiwa used is a generic Yoruba proverb that predates even the great grand fathers of the two of them. No one can lay claim to it without patent. Dannie young did not at any time get a patent on the phrase so he can't prevent anyone from using it. It is a Yoruba proverb that people use daily in conversations except if he also wants d entire Yoruba race to stop using the proverb
