Delta’s Guber polls are decided at the PDP primaries. Anyone else running is wasting his/her time. And the power rotation across the different ethnic groups largely works. 2023 would be one to watch. David Edevbie is the favourite for the PDP ticket and it’s Urhobo’s turn. But Ijaws could make a play for it with Sen James Manager. They, together with the Delta Igbos (Anioma) have been the strength of the party and can make a good claim for getting it as against Delta Central that has always voted for Ogboru from his DPP and LP days to APC now.
I said it before should ibori Support manager for 2023 okowa will buy that and that is d end cos d north bulk vote and ijaws will seal d deal

If you are outside the SW and our sophisticated brothers support you and the North are not actively in the battle or the SE/SS, please run for your life, there support is always worthless, they will lead you to your political grave.

Ask, Ogbaru, ask Jime, ask Smart, ask Uzodimma, ask Ngige, ask Ogah, ask Sylva, ask Faleke, ask Akpabio. Na so they cheer him to his political grave.

I don talk my own and I don walk comot.

I created a thread on this yesterday to educate our people, Buh Mynd44 closed it down... It's good you repeated this... Don't allow them support you if you are an aspiring politician in the SS/SE

I am very hay okowa won, the northerners are always trying to divide and conquer. Look at the amount of votes the oboru guy pulled, very very terrible. This showed that delta did not buy into the confusion APC tried injecting into the state...
Delta is the only state that runs a regional style governance and ibori that started it ensured that it stayed that way..

Lol. A part of me wants James Manager to get PDPs ticket in 2023 just to spite Urhobos. They always think they can win with their votes alone. Every single time, and they end up losing. The Ijaws deserve the governorship for their loyalty. It’s all good sha.

You are right.utomi would have split delta north votes.i pity ogboru, the rigging was overwhelming.how can a military ravaged area like warri south west churn out 139,000 with small bomadi polling over 60k? Seems delta has surpassed rivers in rigging.,its now the hotbed of rigging.ogboru should retire,he's now politically worthless

Take your lies and illogical thoughts to Borno and park well.

If Rof. Pat Utomi had been fielded by APC, he would have suffered the same fate.

APC has no footing in Delta State and yet you expect miracle because of the rantings in the name of political analysis on Channels TV and TVC.

Believe them at your peril!

Time to reward our loyal Ijaw brothers. Those guys understand what loyalty means.

Thank you Deltans, thank you Ibori. Congrat Ndi Anioma.

Our sophisticated brothers have cheered Uduaghan and Warsaw Akpabio to their political graves.

Akwa Ibom does same. I believe by regional you mean rotation. It has been a thing in Akwa Ibom for ages.

Not all urhobo stood behind Obgoru... Ethiope West, Uvwie, Ughelli South, Warri south (urhobo) they are strong pdp followers.
The next governor will come from Isoko with Itsekiri as their running mate..

yes delta central has always been against pdp but who cares delta south handle them while delta north finished up the job cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy they thought celebrating buhari victory last week will make the win smiley smiley smiley smiley

Delta central still has a lot of strong pdp loyalist, ogboru only won his local govt and ughelli north with a narrow margin. Okowa won in places where Ibori and uduaghan didn't win because he went to the grassroot to connect with the people and people that matters, ogboru has always been seen a man of the people but Okowa beat him silently to that game. Let's not bring tribal sentiments into this, okowa has been accepted by all deltans and the results speak by itself.
