To start with, the external length and width of this building is 17375mm and 11950mm respectively.

Assuming the land has been purchased. We will proceed to the building construction proper and the cost of materials and labour will be outlined.
We will be building this on a dry and table (flat) land.

1. Site clearing: This has to do with a site that doesn’t have trees, shrubs,stumps etc.
A site that just have bushes grown on it.

2Labourers will be needed for this task@N2,500 =N5,000
