It will be tight on a 60x60plot and the rooms will not be cross ventilated on a 30x120plot.

one of brother have 3 bedroom bungalow on 30 x 120, the rooms, lounge are standard not small, enough space at the back for water bole hole gp tank & soakwell, still shop at the front, 2 cars space, relax spot space, so what am saying after the building and front shop, there is enough space & u are saying 4 bedroom will be small?

See this quote makes me feel like I just got ripped off. I sent 2.8 million naira to a family me for just aluminum roofing . It was a renovation and the plan was to use existing wood and just replace zinc with aluminum roofing. With few wood. This is the exact stage I'm in now, awaiting quote from my contractor, he is to give me quotes for the piping works, metal protectors for windows and lobby, and cost for plastering... This project have chopped all my money, over almost 4million gone, house never still finish.
