Please am having issues uploading my Passport. Keeps giving me the error message in red.
I have tried several cropping but to no avail.
I have compressed the size to below 200kb and resized the pixel to 600*600, but still doesn't work.
Please Help.

Hi, it seems you haven't seen my lastest post but I have been able to overcome that situation by creating a fresh account, if your using Yahoo mail then try and open a Gmail.
