timojerry: Don't use that particular link you clicked from the collapsible skill pool section. Scroll down on and on that same page, you'll see all the positions listed with reference number and minimum experience beside each job title. Follow the steps below to upload your passport 1. Convert your passport to JPEG 2. If your passport is 600 by 600 and the kb is less than 150kb it may not work. Then you have to resize it so as to attain at least 150kb but it must be less than 200kb. Mine does not follow 600 by 600. It was 1200 by 1200. The kb is very important. |

Another issue I have is that when my dashboard opens where you have the biodata, passport photo and the likes, when I click on any of them, it doesn't open at all for me to fill in any detaisl. Petrasoul: As long as the picture is 600 x 600 And less than 200kb, keep on trying it, it will work with time... If you are using chrome, change the view to desktop size and keep on trying it... I was able to upload mine like 15minz ago, but I tried it for not less than 30 times today.. Just keep trying it |

It should be a technical issue with the website as it's still a bit unstable. Clear your browser cache and other data then try again. If the problem persists, use a different browser. I completed my application with a combination of Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Opera as well as the mobile versions (Chrome and Samsung Internet). I encountered so many issues but I kept cycling through browsers, network providers (yes, lol) and time of day until it works. The site is much better now. The passport that kept showing "processing image quality" finally went through and i have successfully submitted the application. I guess the traffic was really bad and that was also the reason for the invalid email or password error.  |

xtain7: Calling ppl from sokoto borno Kano to come and write test in Lagos is another stupid act. They can just administer the tests online in the first instance to screen out more candidates. Finally got my passport uploaded after two days by changing to another passport. I think the site is programmed not accept passport with certain colours. As long as it is 600 by 600 and below 200kb, it will upload. Try using another passport if you can't upload. Hopefully it works for you. |
