I can't seem to upload my documents in pdf format, does anyone else have that issue.

The instructions I read said it must be in PDF format but when I got to that stage I saw jpeg instead, PDF refused to upload unless jpeg

Are u sure they didn't deliberately make this thing hard so they can recruit their candidates?? Stuff like CV in jpeg makes no sense.

Where did you find CV upload? I didn't see anything of such and I have finished filling the form, just passport remaining

Hello everyone please help

I tried to upload my passport photo after several attempts and it finally seemed to be okay after adjusting the size accordingly but it got stuck in the "processing" stage though no error message. I then tried to proceed to upload my docs but now I've been stuck with a "loading please wait" message for over 8 hours now;

I am using Google chrome on both desktop and mobile, please help. Thank you and good luck to us.

Alright, I'll try to explain as much as I can. The system gets stuck at documents upload if you've filled the qualifications tab. So the solution is deleting the info on qualification tab, upload docs first, then go back to fill qualifications

How can be loading issue be resolved?

Once it shows loading please wait, reload the page and quickly stop it before the new page finish loading. With that you can go back to qualifications tab and delete like I said earlier

Look closely at the biodata page there's probably something you missed

Please as many that used Voter's card as means of identification, did all the ID digits enter? mine isn't taking the very last digit.

Change the passport to another one if you have done the required editing and its still not uploading

Try saving it and let it move to the next stage itself. Also, probably you filled by typing where there is options. Check well.

Please help oooo, l have been trying to upload my professional qualification but the list box does not pop up. It just showing the same thing they write there.

My only problem is now is how to upload professional certificate. I selected others and couldn't upload it. But Wen I select from their lists, I was able to upload. Even though I can still submit without uploading it.
Please if know how to upload it help me
