I would love to introduce Biofloc farming to y:all.
In layman's terms biofloc farming is a way you can grow fishes in tanks or tarpaulin ponds without changing your water till you harvest because the water will never vet polluted.

Biofloc aquaculture is an innovative and cost-effective technology in which toxic materials to the fish such as Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonia can be converted to useful product, ie., proteinaceous feed.

Developed in Israel due to limited water resources, It is the technology used in aquaculture system with limited or zero water exchange under high stocking density, strong aeration and biota formed by biofloc

We must agree that in aquaculture, the strong influential factors are the feed cost (accounting to 60% of the total production cost) and most limiting factor is the water/land availability.


High stocking density and rearing of aquatic animals requires wastewater treatment. Ras is available but expensive and complicated.

But

Biofloc system is a wastewater treatment which has gained vital importance as an approach in aquaculture because of its affordability.
Farmers can stock intensively and grow more using less water

Have you tried salt solution and no result? if yes, Go to Animal Care shop tell them you need SAWKE, take like three of the bottle cover pour inside 20 litters of water, after draining the water in your pound, you pour the mixed SAWKE content into it. I am new in the business have no teacher but God Almighty is helping me and my fishes are doing very great,
