Autojosh, I pity you, enter there for night na people 3 bedroom flat be that. I was shocked when I entered Lagos for the first time and we just exited Third Main land bridge towards another bridge I don't know the name, I saw a man living under a bridge with his wife and kid. I later found out that every single bridge in Lagos are occupied. Even people are living and fvcking their wives under third main land bridge. Their houses were built with floating logs of wood. It seems that if an afonja is not living under a brown roof, he is living under a brideg. God will help them sha. I don't think their christians are part of that madness, except brown roofs of course. |

If the government run a promo or bonanza for the usage of those bridges, you see that people will start making use of it |

Even before I opened the thread this is the area that immediately came to my mind. Used to hang out around there a lot. The roads there are quite narrow, using the bridge would be purely for exercise. 1 Like |

The day I took the one at the Library close to Saint Dominic and met a mad man sitting on the bridge. It was not funny at all. The way I flied off the bridge is still a mystery to me up to date. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Those bridges are too high. They could use a lift. And there’s is no provision for disability. Poorly executed 3 Likes |

Good idea, high number of schools in the area especially the area from jibowu to sabo , and from sabo onwards it is a busy commercial area ,and in general its a busy residential and sporting area, to summarize it all the area has a high pedestrian population so the proportion of footbridge is okay for that road. 1 Like |
