If the vehicle turns out to be a non-runner, extra costs will come in.

While I don't think its impossible getting it at that price in car stands, I believe the dealer must have cut corners with the duty and the vehicle would have been heavily accidented with 250k+ miles.

Personally, I don't recommend pre order to anyone who is not ready to spend at least 1.6m.
