We have capable players to execute the second leg...i think from the first half till the red card was given...we lacked bite....no one crossed the ball....no wing play....It was as if some players were hiding...whenever Azubuike gets the ball...he will be looking endlessly...turning and turning to see whom to pass the ball to...Nwakali as always did not help him at all...we lacked speed...no long range shots,,,free kicks by Nwakali were ALL MESS.....there was no coordinated attack....passes were slow...positioning was eyesore...no organization...no plan...The Libyans i believe knew before hand that we will come at them through the wings...they just crowded and clipped our wingers....The Libyans did not give us any space...GENERALLY..I DID NOT SEE OUR USUAL FLAIR...ZEST....SPEED...SKILL...PURPOSE...Were we playing a friendly match?

Whatever the game plan is. It's imperative we don't concede a goal to Libya in the return leg. In that case, we might need to score 4times to go through.

how many national teams in Africa can boast of such amount of talent. The U23 and SE coaches need to restrategise.

Please Rohr should release Osimhen, Onyekuru and Awaziem for the U23 game. We have capable replacements for them in the SE. In fact they are not even starters. They can rejoin the SE with the Egypt friendly. The Seychelles game is not important.

We need to score 3 unreplied goals against this highly defensive Libyan side and so we need to get our attacking machinery in place. I need that Chukwueze, Osimhen and Onyekuru front line.

Alex Iwobi can play that role better than him, believe me. This post Chelsea Mikel is not a really true playmaker, he still uses experience and natural talent to get by in that role but, right now, DM is his best position.

As for Ighalo and Musa, I don't see what they have that we can't get from the young guns like Onyekuru, Osihmen, Chukwueze, etc. I don't want a situation where folks would be playing in a retirement league like China or the backwaters of Saudi Arabia but still be commanding starting positions in our national team based on their past exploits alone. The players you have mentioned have not gone anywhere near the level that Ighalo, Ahmed Musa and Mikel Obi have attained, indeed they MAY NEVER EVER attain that level.

You do not put speculative potential over established proven and tested quality players . All because they have chosen to chase after huge amounts of £££€€€ in less competitive league.
