I think Buhari and co won the case because there was never a case. They just wanted the guy out before election. Their plan worked. Time for the ex-CJN to bite back. Compensation suit looming

This country is just shameful...so the federal govt counsels will like us to believe that all allegation against the former CJN are false....ok after that what will happen? Can anything good come out from Nigeria...

He is not an ex-CJN.

He is the susbtaintive CJN of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Always has and always will till he retires.

That judicial coup by Buhari would be set aside by the court as a stern warning for any learning dictator not to ever attempt to exceed his powers
