I earlier got the same E-mail and sms that i should re-upload my documents and upload the missen one...but i have been trying to since i got the message, but i have been getting this:
"No file(s) found to Save. Kindly Choose a Document for Upload"
Despite that the document is showing, it still wouldn't upload and save....
What can i do?

Guys, my Applicant ID in the profile is in the form of NNPC/EHS/****** but I noticed that the application confirmation slip I received via email in pdf format has the Applicant ID in the form of NNPC/EH/****** though the unique number remains the same.

Did anyone notice this? (pay attention to the bolded and compare). What could be the issue? Which one is correct?

I suggest you all check yours too and compare the ID on your profile and that in the email sent after submission.

If your job title is graduate trainee. There's no option for CV as that is not required..

From little observations , those that are been sent those messages to re-upload documents .
1) people that stated they had professional certificate but failed to upload it due to the network hitches encountered during the registration.
2) people that some of their uploads ain't much visible enough..

What you just need to do
Login to your portal.
Delete the previous documents

Then crosscheck them very well..then re upload them..and submit back..

PS: Don't do double registration..

After resubmission your application ID remains unchanged..
Take note

Logged into mine and it was as if I never submitted the application. It took directly to the documents upload part, so I had to upload my professional certificate and then submit again, if you submit it will maintain your confirmation ID number.
