Pls someone should help me out with my passport its just one day left...i have tried all I can but no way...please anybody

You have to change your browser. I had the same problem when I changed my browser to Google Chrome, the documents where able to upload.

Guys pls help o. I got the E-mail that i should re-upload my documents...but i have not been able to upload one professional certificate due to the below error message:


"No file(s) found to Save. Kindly Choose a Document for Upload"

Despite that the document is showing, it still wouldn't upload and save..

What can i do?

Snap a photo with your phone up to chest level. Open the captured photo on your PC with PAINT. Click resize photo, select pixels. Then input 450 as the horizontal parameter, the vertical parameter would update to about 600.
Crop the image then save.
This method will also reduce the size to less than 50kb.

I suggest you all check yours too and compare the ID on your profile and that in the email sent after submission.

How were you able to complete the application. The position I applied for can't be clicked on.

I did nothing, I just logged in again and uploaded the said documents again, I think my own problem was because I did not upload professional certification earlier. Yours might be network or you can try to crop the pictures and try again.

I do not think this passport would be accepted, I suggest you still crop down part upward, at least nearly to your neck.

Try to crop out some part of it.

I tot as much also sir. This nnpc recruitment process will be very different this time from the previous ones . CV screening is already taking place and I believe the process will b very strict.
Reasons : 1. The portal v started showing countdown to expiration
2.they sent mail to those that their applications were not clear.

Bro in cade the professional certificate does not work, I will advice you remove it and submit like that. Time is going, you can check their website, you might see a number to call
