Ha! Just like Omo-Agege in Delta state just that in Delta the court only nullified the faction that produced Omo-Agege, Uduaghan, Great Ogboru and co whilst upholding another APC faction. In this case, the Cort of Appeal has nullified the ruling of the High court that Zamfara carried out valid primaries meaning APC should not have fielded candidates ab initio. INEC needs to get busy recalling Certificates of Return and delivering fresh ones to candidates/parties with the second highest votes...

Let me see the ones that will call Wike's name here again inside APC vs APC matter the way they have been calling him in Rivers matter.

The judiciary is not smiling. While we all wait for an elaborate detail one thing is certain that all APC Buhari's machinations aimed at gagging d judiciary will fall like pack of cards. I hope courageous judges will be on d saddle in d adjudication of electoral matters. We need fearless dispensation of verdicts irrespective whose ox is gored. When PDP need to lose their victory let them upturn them and where APC are beneficiaries of stolen mandate let such judges correct them and pronounce d right winner. Only such an egalitarian judicial system is needed to halt d desperation of politicians of which this present FG of APC has taken to an exponential height. Politicians across all parties must be meant to assimilate the fact that power belongs to d people. If this judgment is upheld by d supreme court it's either Marafa laughs d last laugh or APC entirely looses out and d second party with d highest lawful vote cast will be d beneficiary. For now let's continue awaiting for d details.

It means The APC had no candidate for the elections but I think this one will get to the supreme court before INEC acts on it.
