firstly your argument shows that you've not encountered Christ hence you can't differentiate people who their born again is just physical from those whose born again is in the spirit.Every man born again in the spirit has love, this love is not restricted to his brethren but also extends to the world which is seen in his ability to preach the gospel of repentance to sinners to bring them back to God, for God is love.
This love also is seen in his life to assist the needy,helpless,outcasts of society,being a patriot .This love is not selfish or expectant of reward of men rather of God.
I remember when I had no parents to feed me back then,it was a Christian that fed me for a month without complain so My sister I love you very much and I pray you will encounter God as to represent His love to men and women on Earth remember despite your short comings you want to serve God but its a matter of time carry on
