The South East APC Youth Consultatie Forum, does not in any way represent the South East. They are just a group of APC Youths. South East does not need any Speaker seat. South East is a capitalist region. People should understand that they don't need political seats to ball. They operate different businesses and don't wait for one politician to win a seat before they eat, just like the northerners and south westerners do. In the South East, it is every man working hard for himself. There is no jagaban, or an Alhaji who sways the will and decisions of the people just because he gives them food I repeat, South East don't need any political seat to survive. I laugh at people here saying nothing for them, as if their lives depend on speakerhip. No reasonable south Easterner would make any political demand, except those whose since has been negatively affected by the APC. Remember this. South East don't care about your political seats. They want out. |

Bolustical:You and your kinsman StOla are the pained and troubled ones here. As usual, news and the mention of Igbo have got the two of you very aroused. The thread says South East APC. South East APC members are not the voice of Igbos. Stop generalising. These are groups of people looking to enhance their political portfolios and pockets. Leave Igbos out of these and focus on the thread title and content. Stop accusing Igbos of ‘politics of bitterness’. You are all guilty of that as well. Political violences were witnessed during the election. It was so or die in many places. Areas known to be a stronghold of Igbos were invaded and people were constantly and persistently harassed. Most of these happened outside the South East regions. Igbos want equitable distribution of resources. Igbos ask for justice and fairness. Igbos demand security for all irrespective of ethnicity, gender, economic statuses etc. Take the presidency, vp, senate presidency and it’s deputy. Let there be peace. Be reminded that the thread said South East apc. Do not mistake that to be the voice of Igbos. They are serving their own interests. |

Nyamiri:A dog in Igbo land will remain healthier than an average person from your desert. And fck you for calling the Igbos ingrates. Heck, imagine an impoverished cowjockey, drinking from the sewage too wants to come at the Igbos. Igbos don't owe your dumbass nothing. Cos of Nigeria, a stark illiterate desert dwelling pauper can speak of the Igbos in the most impolite manner. Man, I feel like putting in a gat in your putrid mouth. |

harrisonford001:The word HATE has been etched on your forehead and heart. The space it occupies in your soul interferes with your ability to see the light and express the truth. Who was the Igbo man that Tinubu ‘allowed’ to represent Lagos? Was the said individual appointed and sent by Tinubu to represent Lagos or was he a by product an electoral process made possible by those who encouraged and supported him? My problem with people like you is not just your irritating sycophancy but your inability to stand up for yourself and reason. In a sane, transparent and healthy environment, people will come out and vie for post because they want to serve and make a difference but where people are blind, stupid and backward, they will always see political positions as the only means to survive. The people that you criticise and show no love for can thrive whatever the elements throws at them. Supporting a man who plays dirty politics as means to either cage or display of vindictiveness is very unhealthy. For the record, Igbos want fairness and justice, security and good governance. Complaints only arise where and when injustice, insecurity, harassment and misplaced acts of revenge manifests. Stop supporting evil. |

My country men are just STUPID All these mumu zoning arrangement How does it benefit YOU? It does NOT Instead of us to ask for good governance, we want positions zoned to regions that political criminals will use for their ends, while people still suffer To me Buhari can do whatever or the party zone whoever it makes no difference, and it will not benefit me in anyways it's the criminal elite playing with the mibds of stupid followers. And to think that some even insult their countrymen because of trivial issues like these is just ![]() God please restore sense in that useless country |

gbosaa:for your last paragraph It's sane Nigerians who want that from across the country It's the foolish Igbos, Yoruba and Aboki that argue and do things out of blindness and bitterness Good governance is what WE want And some of these Igbos should QUIT this rubbish position or no position, life continues, it is our criminal political elite who would benefit any ways, not the common man |

These men know business but not the art of politics..they refused to support those who know the game among them tagged them blacksheep but the truth is those ones have learnt from history that you need to blend with others in order to get what you want..They have boxed themselves again for another 4 years due to their parochial political mindset .PDP was there for 16 years and IBO's have nothing to show for it,even though their sons are daughters were in high places . Tell me what type of mentality is this ? |

StOla:. My guy, you were making sense until you derailed your write up with your normal Igbos this and that rantings, for your information, we have full blooded Igbos in the south south, eg, rivers, Delta and parts of Edo, and all Igbos have the same traits, back to the topic, majority of Igbos don't expect any position or entitlement from apc, because we didn't vote for the party, those making demands are possibly apc supporters, apologists or political jobbers whose aim is to get something for themselves alone, the average Igbo man in Aba or Onitcha doesn't give a hoot who becomes what in an apc government. |

| Re: S-east APC Demands Reps Speakership by odomanis: 8:13am On Mar 26, 2019 |
StOla:What you do not understand is that the position is not going to be given to the south east PDP,it is to the minority who risked their lives, worked hard for APC in the zone, tried to sell APC against all odds and above all, stopped PDP from inflating votes in that region. If they didnt work hard and allowed PDP to return between 1.2m and 1.5m votes each in the south east zones, maybe Buhari would not have been declared winner. To an average southeasterner,it serves them right if APC does not reward them for working against the popular candidate and party in SE. |
| Re: S-east APC Demands Reps Speakership by lastdon5: 8:14am On Mar 26, 2019 |
StOla:Igbos may not be politically sophisticated but they're very intelligent. As daring as they have always been, they've made their move waiting for APC to make theirs. APC has and will always be seen as a demonic party, if APC gives the house leadership to the Igbos, APC would have shut their mouth and prove them wrong - a win win for both parties involved. If the APC rejects giving the leadership to the Igbos. They have proved the Igbos right and truly those Igbos in APC that actually worked hard will be ashamed of themselves and also be called traitors by Igbos in so doing Igbos will be justified and vindicated that APC is anti Igbo and demonic. both parties win. We know politics has never been our strong suit, we have achieved so much without being at the leadership for so long. |

chuksanambra:. My brother Lagos was in opposition for 16 years prior 2015, did that slow down the progress of Lagos? Our governors should work, every where in the world we have people who have stuck to a particular political leaning, Nigeria is a federation whether flawed or perfect, let our political leaders develope and implement policies peculiar to our needs, one day the party we are supporting will make it to the center, how developed is Katsina, bayelsa and Sokoto who have produced Presidents, even Ogun was developed by the state government not obj |

harrisonford001:You sighted 1993,if you remembered 1993,how come you forgot 2003 when OBJ with a northern VP contested against Buhari with Okadigbo an Igbo man? In that election, the Igbos voted for OBJ a Yoruba man. |
| Re: S-east APC Demands Reps Speakership by PHIPEX(m): 8:32am On Mar 26, 2019 |
StOla:See all this your epistle is to justify why the "few" who took the "risk" against the norm in the SE should be denied what they deserve as a punishment to those who they opposed. I am not a proponent of whatever zoning formula APC adopts but it's akin to the already established deceptive tendency of your kind to use the "few" in the SE to achieve you aim and turn around to deny them in moments like this. Are you saying because I did not support your party, my brother who did should be denied his due as a punishment to me? You have ended up justifying my stance of not supporting you because you can't be trusted, he that is faithful in little will be faithful in much. |
| Re: S-east APC Demands Reps Speakership by RichBoy247: 8:43am On Mar 26, 2019 |
South-West gave 60% of its votes to APC and 40% to PDP. That is part of what makes us the most sophisticated region. Neither party can deny us. South-East and South-South gave 85% of their votes to PDP. Therefore, it will be contrary to natural justice and equity to leave South-West and give the Speakership position to either South-East or South-South. You cannot work in GTBank and go to UBA at month end to ask for salary. Likewise you cannot give all your votes to the Cameroonian bisexual and come and ask the Katsina Fulani for positions just as you should not expert any infrastructure in your regions until after four years. |
