My mi max 2 (remaining one) has started his own. It all started like a joke. I was working and then, it froze. After restarting, the mi logo won't go out. It lasted about 20 minutes and completed reboot. I thought all was OK until yesterday it came back and this time, it lingered. Got it working after a painful hard reset. It's back this morning. Yea but that is wrong of them. The customer care agents are the public facing representatives of the company and if they don't know much about the company's offerings or services, how would they guide the public correctly?

And the outsourcing company is unlikely to have as much information as direct employees and also will employ the cheapest labor they can find to make more profit and not invest in training like they should.

This is a very big problem with the corporate world. Customer support/service is a major part of any organization. It can make or mar a business. Issues such as customer call wait time, lack of sufficient knowledge about company products and services, call etiquette, are very poor in our clime. And these companies either do not take it serious or those in charge of these departments don't even bother. Customer support should be the most knowledgeable when it comes to products and services because these are the first point of call for any customer.
