They are all just generic responses that are always on every application. Please send them an email asap telling them that you resume next month: please do this in a professional manner. Search Google for cic London email address; if London isn't handling your application, they'll redirect it to the appropriate office and they'll reply you.

Damlovey:
Morning guys, please can an experienced person shed more light on what these means. Thank you

Hello,

Here's what I did in my case, I wrote one reason only. I chose a reason I had tackled sufficiently - insufficient fund - and wrote it. My sponsor's SOA had a significantly higher amount of money compared to before, and I had paid part of my tuition.

Hope this helps.

Johnsonkelvin:
when filling the form, after I've clicked Yes to being rejected b4, and they ask reason..do I have to start writing all the reasons they stated back to back or just submit my rejection letter along?

1. Speak to the agent.

2. Apply NOW

3. Just google 'sample SOP for Canada study visa'

4. Yes.

5. You'll be told by them via an email or other ways. Why do you ask? Do you think you've been banned?

Also, why didn't you just defer your former admission and reapply for visa instead of securing a new one?

Frank274:
hello bro, please I was denied from visa last and the school will start this April. Which I can’t meet up, because of that I have applied to a new school and got a fresh Admission, my question is
1. How can I get to know the information I filled in the first application, because and agent helped me to apply for the visa?
2. When I see the best time to apply since the school is starting on September?
3. Please can you supply me with any SOP you have because I don’t even know how to start
4.Vo do background checking ?
5. How can one knows he or she are banned from ca?

Hello house, please i need advice as my wife application was declined last month. I have been following this thread silently.

After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the IRPA and IRPR. I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your purpose of visit.

She apply with our two kids as she going for her PhD program and I already paid one-year tuition fee to the school, and I already make the fund needed in her account and the kids account because I have been running the kids account since they are little.

DOCUMENT SUBMITTED

ADMISSION DOCUMENT FROM SCHOOL
RECEIPT OF 1 YEAR TUITION FEE PAID
MY HUSBAND COMPANY CERT, SHOWING MY WIFE AS ONE OF THE DIRECTORS.
MY WIFE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT OF 10M BAL AND MY SON ACCT SHOWING 10M BAL AS WELL

SCHOOL CERT

POLICE CERT
AFFIDAVIT OF SPONSORSHIP
SPONSOR LETTER
CONSENT LETTER
KIDS PASSPORT AND
BIRTH CERTI
MARRIAGE CERTI

Please I need advise on how to convince the VO. AND WHAT DOC DO YOU THINK I NEED TO SHOW IF AM TO PROOF THEM WRONG THAT I WILL COME BACK

I will really appreciate ur help

To whom it may concern,

Applying with your children or grand parents or extended family or whatever doesn’t limit any chance from my observation and research about this Visa of a thing.

Basic thing is for you to order for your file and see what the VO that wants the devil to use him or her to deny your family Visa.

Most times purpose of visit comes with so many reasons.
I have seen someone who got visa for himself, the wife and kid. I have seen mother accompanying the child to study. I have seen mother and children but I have never seen a man and kids without the wife.

I personally believe this should be a case of maybe academic progression.

Above all, we are all entitled to our opinions but try to order for your file.

@frankrobbn1 Please I need to know if my wife needs to write SOP AND LOE for re-applying. here is my email gig3939@gmail.com so you can help me review the LOE she composed already.

Frankrobbn1:

Hi gig1005,

As other members of the thread has suggested. In her next application, she should apply alone. Once she has successfully gotten her TRV, she can then file an application for her accompanying dependents to Canada. This process will boost her chances of securing a TRV as well as showing that she has significant ties to her home country. Having said that, It's very difficult for her accompanying dependents to be refused a TRV (kids) and SOWP (spouse) after she must have received a study permit because the Canada’s commitment to family unification clearly stated that international students and their families have the opportunity to experience Canadian life together. Whether it is for a few months or for several years, international students will be comforted to know that their loved ones can be nearby as they pursue their dreams of obtaining a Canadian education. Above all, she should start now by putting up a cogent letter of explanation that will address the reason for her visa refusal and convincingly demonstrate that her current situation has substantively changed and why she is a bonafide applicant that would merit a study permit and depart after her visit.

I feel this visa was not denied becos she was applying with two toddlers(just thinking). Sorry that I am asking, is she going for a PhD or PGD??( when you mentioned you paid one year full tuition, isn't something that is common for a PhD). Just so we get out facts right..

gig1005:
The kids are 3 and 2 years old, Will she have to write both the LOE AND SOP and please can you help me with the guideline on both letter and Can you please help me go through it after she has written it..

Hi sir. Well done. God bless you oh big time! I can see how you are helping a lot here. Meanwhile my question is this? I have all the funds I need for my masters in my account. Do I need to put hubby as my sponsor still? Will me standing as my sponsor make it look like my family ties is not strong enough?

Approval Alert!!!

And that is how I finally get to share my own testimony. It's been the Lord's doing and no doubt, marvelously marvelous in my sight grin

Timeline

Applied December 12 2018 after being refused October 1 last year.
Medical Request: February 7
Medicals Done: February 20
Biometric Validity: March 22
Passport Request: Just Now
School: Centennial College, Toronto
Course: Biotechnology

Reason for first Refusal: Purpose of visit

So, who says college applicants don't get approval? Of course, I have always known that the notion is far from the truth. The difficulty or ease lies on "times and chances" just like with any other application.

Should any college applicant have a query or clarification, I shall be more than willing to supply answer.

Congratulations bro, I am so happy for you.

Please could you share info on the documents you submitted and what you did different the second time, my situation is very similar to yours.

congrats on you visa when applying for the college did you do any verification by Wes or you applied with you school transcript

I missed that of last year, and lost 1500 dolars for not resuming and I had to request for another admission for August session.

042viber12:

When are u to start classes? Have you don your upfront medicals?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by dedecoder: 6:55am On Mar 27, 2019
Hi!

I didn't do WES for my transcript; I used it like that. However, the college specifically requested for a "Clear, Colored official" copy and not student's copy.

Similarly, I was advised to get an affidavit for any discrepancy on my docs as that itself can deny me an admission. That's all. I hope this answers your question.

Good Morning everyone. I want to ask an important question. I recently ended my service year NYSC the week before last week. (13 days ago).

However, Our nysc certificate shows service yr stated April /19/ 2018 and ended April /18/ 2019. Meanwhile I plan to submit my application before April 19th. Among the list of documents I want to submit is my nysc certificate.

Hope I won't have any issue concerning the date on my nysc cert. Also what do I imput in current employment as I just finished my service 13 days ago and currently not employed ?

Kindly respond to me all. Thank you.

I don't believe she was denied because she applied with the kids. Applying without them will also attract a denial because they are still toddlers. Initially I wanted to apply without my kids but when I read this forum from page 1 to this current page I saw a lot of family approvals even for PGD. currently I am applying with my 2kids and they're below 5yrs.

I don't really have that, but if it were me, I did consult Google...get different samples to make my own but I think what u need to do wen u say convincing is explain how the lump sum came about and how much is budgeted for your Canada journey..or u can just transfer some amount to your own account, it explains that u have money yourself to help with traveling and accommodation and also transferring helps to remove the notion LUMP SUM so it won't look like the money isn't real in the VO's eyes..
