The judgment affect him and particularly his party and as such, if the Supreme Court further rules against APC, the runner up of the election takes the mandate. It's common sense.

I don't think so. I think the other faction that is recognized will present the candidates that won their own Primary.

You are funny.the judgment only nullified his faction and primaries and upheld the primaries of the ogodo faction.seems you haven't followed this case

OK then. I didn't know it was a faction based problem. Lucky you, it's still within the party.

Was that the case in Rivers state? The runners up carries the day because inec can't observe two different primaries from one party so I doubt the the other factions when have candidates

No. APC retains the mandate. The candidate of the Ogodo faction will be the senator.

The case of Rivers state is different from this. In Rivers. APC did not participate in the election because the did not have candidates.

I know.. But since Magnus Ibe won the case why wasn't his primaries recognized?

INEC did not accept candidates' list from both Amaechi faction and Abe faction, as such APC did not participate in the elections in Rivers state. But in Delta state. APC participated, but with wrong candidates. All INEC will do in Delta now is to transfer APC mandates to the right candidates.

Ogboru and Omo Agege ought to have remained with the labour party which gave Omo Agege the senatorial seat. The courts have already told us that some of these jugdements should serve as lessons to the politicians whose excesses must be contained. The two men tried to hijack the party in Delta state and their failed attempt cost APC a lot of votes in Delta state.

Omo Agege I am sure has his next move in the 9th senate but as it stands he will not set his foot in the hallowed chamber when his tenure expires. His plans against Saraki have failed. Just like Akpabio and Saraki he will stay back at home and wait until 2023. Meanwhile his name now will be "had I known".
these bloqqers with their fake headlines...its just normal party crisis rockinq d apc...and by way,omo aqeqe hasn't been sacked yet as indicated.
