Not every thing specified or written on containers of oil or lubricant is the actual content inside it.
Mineral oils are being labelled as Synthetic fluids in some foreign countries and shipped to Nigeria.

Stick to established brands and verify the source before buying.

Please, Mercedes Benz brand is a German specification different from Japanese brand which is Toyota, Honda, Nissan. Check your nuzzles. Is your fuel pump new one or tokunbo? How did you change the fuel pump, did you change it complete or with half of the accessories which is without the filter inside? Or the filter inside is blocked.
Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by naphunlimited(m): 1:06pm On Mar 02, 2019
Nuzzles were serviced when the engine was ringed. Fuel pump was completly changed. Though the idle speed is very low. Could that be the problem?
Thanks.

Please does anyone happen to know how much a complete engine wiring harness is for a 2008 Honda accord coupe 4cyl. I mean the wires from the engine fuse box to the engine, transmission, ecm/pcm, radiator, compressor etc. Mine is currently messed. The kazeems have totally remodelled the wiring of my car.

The temperature guage ussualy rise to the middle level barely minutes after kick off.I took the car down to a radiator mechanic and he advised that i get a new radiator and that the one inside is expired. The radiator of the car was changed replaced with a belgium one this January and i wonder why would the radiator be replaced in such a short period of time.I also observed tremendous rise in the temperature whenever the ac is switched on.

Didn't you just create a problem?
The middle of the temperature gauge is a good sign. Did you explain your fear to the "radiator mechanic" properly?
Radiator expired?
I think you developed a problem from nothing...

Additional information required... Before going to the radiator mech, are you saying your coolant temperature always stays around the middle of the gauge? Just before the centre line is perfect.

If your previous radiator did not have leaks, temperature gauge was in the range I stated and car had no overheating episodes, I am afraid the radiator change was totally unnecessary. Kazeems always market changing a good single-cell radiator to double-cell. I received a ton of that marketing, even when mine was leaking and I was in the market for a replacement single cell. Finally got a brand new single cell... Story for another day (its on my YouTube channel though)

OP please define "tremendous temperature rise when AC is switched on". Again, I think Kazeem replaced your radiator with double-cell, removed thermostat and wired your cooling fans direct. When this evil procedure is conducted, the coolant temperature will always sit around a quarter of the gauge and only increase further when the AC is turned on.

Could also be you have air in the cooling system or bought a compromised "Belgium" radiator. We need more details..

Connkg I agree that this may well be a problem developed from nothing.
Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by myners007: 1:39pm On Mar 10, 2019
The replaced radiator was as a result of leakage and it was replaced with a double cell belgium one . Currently i barely move the car around for fear of damaging the gasket.

I think replacement radiator is faulty. Do you mean a Naija used double cell; don't know of toks double-cell radiators but could be wrong.

I have an issue with my 2008 Accord. Car doesn’t start when hot. That is when I drive around for while, stop and try to start again. It doesn’t start. I’d have to wait for engine to cool before it starts. Temp gauge is at the middle. I have service the kick starter. Same issue.

fans are working and coolant is at normal level in radiator but when I use my hand to cover the radiator, I don’t feel any pressure or vapor or even water circulation. What could be the issue?.

Used to have similar issue though mine usually occurs when the vehicle has been driven around for a while and parked in the sun.

What I did was to press the brake pedal, leave the key in the ON (II) position for a few seconds before starting the car.

Hello house,
I use a Honda 2005 model.
For two months now my car started surging. I took it to my mechanic and he scanned it and changed something but the surging persist. I went back and he said it was the gearbox. I contacted another mechanic, that one worked on it but no change.i took it to a third mechanic. He said I should change the fuel pump. But still no improvement. Rather, in the process my kickstarter got bad and top gasket. Had to replace both. Met with a fourth mechanic now just last week. He changed the two gear censor N12k each and the fuel pump again, but the surging continues, the following day as I pick My car from him my alternator got bad. Truly I dont know what to do. A new mechanic just change the alternator. But I observed the D for drive on the dashboard is beeping, though surging still persist.

Pls what should I do? Do I change the gearbox? Almost all the mechanic said my gearbox is okay.

I need your advise
