We are not sure you will return to your country based on travel history

We are not sure you will return based on home ties in home country and Canada


NB, we had all possible proofs for home tie, land and all.

I contacted mp's office, they said they will contact them for reconsideration.
I have given up on Canada immigration, they just do whatever they please.

Am not ready to reapply anymore, this is the 3rd refusal.

I contacted some lawyers who said based on my temporal status, no rights was violated and the visa applied for is only a privilege.
Others charged me an exorbitant fee to process the appeal, the laws do not permit me to process an appeal without a lawyer.

I intend to try elsewhere, I will move over to Europe where I will comfortably live with my family, the shit over here is too much, they can't break my home because of visa, not possible!.

As a matter of fact, they just issue me a work permit valid till 2020 as well.

They just didn't want to issue ...had nothing to so with my permits ...

This is really painful. God will make a way. I will just advise that people should consider PR if they qualify. It is far better than SOWP in my opinion.

well, you just cannot give up as you have till 2020 for your studies, apply again.
since they dont want to issue work permit, how about a visit visa?

This all depends on you and the plan that you can hatch.

A one year pgd is equivalent to a 1yr PGWP.
Now the facts:

After school, you have 6 months to apply for PGWP
When you apply, you get 1year PGWP.

That's a total of 1.5years.

The good news is that, if you study the Manitoba Provincial nomination [/b]system properly, you will be able to get EE through them easily.

I personally believe the [b]1.5year above is enough to put together a perfect application for any of the express entry stream.

Better still, find Aboriginal babe marry, chop PR immediately ��...(Just kidding)

Hi guys, good morning. Been following this thread lately and it is helpful. Thanks to you all. I do have a quick question though. I applied for a sowp for my wife on Feb 28th, 2019. Afterwards, we did a medical exam at the designated clinic (IOM) in Lagos, on the 5th March (without an email from CIC). On the 29th of March, they requested that we do a medical exam. Then I realized I ought to have uploaded the e-medical sheet to the webform. I did that and got a response on the 2nd of April that the form had been received and channeled to the appropriate office in Nairobi. Till date, result of her medical has not been updated. I am wondering if we should just wait or perform another medical exam since we were requested to do it not later than 30 days from the request date. Pls, kindly let me know what you think.

I did not know that I would need my passport but now, I need to go to the USA (work related) and I have a valid US visa in it. How do I ask for my passport back without cancelling my application? Contact VFS, they will let you know the procedures.
Meanwhile, Since you have US visa, why waste your time with applying in Lagos?

You could visit the Canadian/Us border either from Detroit or Michigan at the Blue water bridge even New York..
There you apply in person and get it same day.
IRCC only takes application money and reject applications at will when its coming from Nigeria.

Online
In paper
In person (at a land border),just tell the CBP officers you want to do a flagpole

With all your documents, you should get it in a few mins.
