It's been eight months my ex and I broke up although it wasn't easy moving on. I know it has been a while but I still feel the pain in my heart whenever the topic "love" is being discussed. It even got to a point I started isolating people most especially guys. I decided to work on my potential of becoming an independent woman. I thank God it is all going well as I wished. Now I think I have found love again but still scared. Though the guy is not helping, he joke a lot with everything we discuss together. He has also said he loves me too, I didn't make him realized that I also love him. Lately, his thoughts always run through my mind. I always wish I am seeing him all the time, even when I am walking, I always want to hear from him. Due to his unseriousness, I am scared of telling him my feelings because I think he will take it for granted and the pains from my previous relationship is still all over me.
How can I stop this feelings?
I am thinking it is a distraction to my career. I am feeling helpless and hurt too
