phyllosilicate:NJC just openly displayed their madness for the world to see it clearly shows that they are acting a script from the Presidency. |

The problem we have in the country begins with RMFAC. How can they allocate such huge suma to president,VP,Legislators and Judiciary leaving about average Nigerian with minimum wage. Imagine these set salaries and allowances are up to 30% of budget while education is barely 10% . And hey, this is not about Buhari. I recommend total scrapping of the National Assembly to be replaced with a 36 man committee which would be speakers of state assemblies across the country. |

phyllosilicate:The federal government should buried their face in shame and apologize to the CJN, if you found him corrupt that warrant his sack, why given him all the benefit? some times the leader thought the citizen don't have brain not knowing that is opportunity make them leader not that they think better than other citizen's. |

phyllosilicate:What they did not mention is that the government also cannot prove their case in a law court and decided to follow their usual media trial bullshit. They also did not state that he refused the soft landing option because he believes in justice. Only a guilty person will hurriedly take a soft landing option. He is willing to forfeit the benefit if he's guilty |

So there you have it, the judiciary is every bit as corrupt as the executive and legislative, collecting gargantuan filthy lucre designed as 'pension' And they say the judiciary is the last hope of the plebians. |

TGM2015:why dont you have sense small atleast. Think this eay, if the man could get all these should he retire, who says he can have it while on the job. Maybe because we belittle the judiciary alot doesnt imply they dont have the pecks and profits. one can only imagine his entitlements while a supreme court judge considering what he gets as benefits on retirements. How much more as CJN! Look, except you just pure hating, The CJN is as equal as the President or as the SP and can command wealth and influence. Its just only in Nigeria that we see one above all. dont forget, should the president and VP and Senate fall and die, He is the one to head government. FG claimes he has over 2billion credit to him as illegal yet to retire him, you will need the same over 2billion plus more to sustain him after service. Abeg tell me, who is the joke on? |
| Re: Onnoghen Stands To Get N2.5bn Benefits In ‘soft Landing’ Option - The Cable by NaMeAboki: 11:33am On Apr 04, 2019 |
Lexusgs430:Can't you read; even the NJC agreed that the weight of evidence against him, as proffered by the EFCC were substantive enough to warrant for his compulsory retirement. However, it is appealing for a soft landing for him (instead of an outright sack) which included dropping the current case against him so that he can enjoy his full retirement benefits, without also the forfeiture of his apparent ill-gotten assets. |

StaffofOrayan:Some of are disgusting to say the least. So The FG told him not to declare his asset for 27 Years he was in service? The FG equally paid 300000 dollars yearly into his account? The FG equally gave Barrister Joe Agi, 30000 to pay into Onnoghen account? And also asked him to buy Mercedes C Class for him in 2009? Why are guys interwoven with corruption? Tufiakwa! |

NaMeAboki:Relying on media trial chai. All they are doing is finding a way to set the agenda that onneghen must be guilty even, after failing to prove so. If the report finds him guilty the Vindictive buhari would by now address the nation and call for the head of Onneghen. |

phyllosilicate:This NJC are hypocrites, they said they wouldn't want their decision to be in public dormain before Mr President takes action on their recommendations, but now whether true or false a lot of news is making round in the media about their recommendations,if this matter ever gets to the Senate, let the Senate also invite the NJC to clearly explain their findings whether for or against onnoghen. |

You forgot about the 55 houses and billions of naira I'm foreign accounts. Can we agree the govt put that out to make him guilty before the public? Where did you get the news of non declaration of assets for 27 Years? ""Judges may not accept gifts, favors, bequests, or loans from lawyers, their firms or litigants if they have come or are likely to come before the judge"" None of the lawyers have appeared before the CJN, the Supreme Court is not a one man show. I bet you also believe Saraki sent those boys to rob that bank and Dino shot a policeman with a pump action. And those that have doubts are lovers of corruption? My friend go and sitdown NgeneUkwenu: |
